After you receive a return email authorizing the returned it may be shipped back to Spirit Inspired Creations.

Insurance and tracking on your return is recommended to ensure that the item arrives back to Spirit Inspired Creations. If the item is not received and in resalable condition, a full refund of your original purchase price cannot be issued.

The item MUST be returned within 14 days of the date that you received it.

Your refund will be issued for the full item purchase price less the original shipping and handling charges within 14 days of return receipt via the same method the item was purchased. Example: If you paid by PayPal you will receive your refund via PayPal.
